The beach made it worthwhile

The beach was splendid with crystal clear waters. The room was clean and offered a lovely sea view. Staff members consistently greeted us with warm smiles, enhancing our stay.

Unfortunately, the service at the front desk was lacking, and we faced uncomfortable timings from the cleaning team. WiFi was unreliable in our room, forcing us to walk to areas with better connectivity.

We had a wonderful stay with a nice clean heated pool and a surprise jacuzzi in the room. The dining experience was delightful, but expect the food to differ slightly from what's shown online. I'd definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay with an amazing team of staff who really made us feel at home. The heated pool was a highlight for my kids, and we enjoyed the comfortable seating on the veranda overlooking the sea.

It wasn't inexpensive, but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The jacuzzi was a lovely surprise, while the cleaning was inconvenient and poorly timed.

Both the receptionist and waiters were exceptionally welcoming, ensuring that we felt at home throughout our visit. service at the dining areas could be a bit slow at times.

The grounds were beautifully maintained, with friendly staff always available to assist. The spacious public areas, including the beach and pool, allowed for easy navigation, making it a comfortable choice for seniors like myself.

More evening entertainment options would enhance the stay.

Heaps of space in the junior suite, and the beach was sweet as! But food was a bit hit and miss, could do with more variety in the restaurants.

This place was a strong match for a whistle-stop in Palmar with the best value. The chef customized meals for my vegetarian family, impressing us with creativity daily. Make sure to ask about special dietary needs before your arrival.
